Together, we're making a better future for young parent families.
The BC Alliance for Young Parents works to strengthen and support young parents and their children.
You can participate in this information sharing network for teachers, researchers, workers in young parent programs, and advocates, and help support young parents in BC.
Information, Connections, and Advocacy
An annual conference, advocacy on behalf of young parent programming, regular updates on funding, policy changes, and best practice tips -- discover for yourself the benefits of province-wide coordination.
The BC Alliance for Young Parents brings dedicated professionals working with young parents together, to share their experiences and challenges, exchange ideas and learn from new research and best practices.
As a member of the Alliance for Young Parents, you'll stay informed and connected to the young parent-serving community. You'll receive regular email updates and news, including advance notice of our annual conference.
We're working hard to make sure young parent programs don't get sidelined. Together we're a strong voice for the children of BC's teens. Listening to and understanding their needs, together we can advocate for services and resources on young parents' behalf.
If you work with young parents or want to advocate for young parents email us at youngparents@bccf.ca.
