Professional development workshops that matter
This workshop series runs throughout the year for family service professionals, like yourself, who want to CONNECT with others and gain insight into developing trends and hot topics. For those who know that learning is key to being successful and effective in family services!
Practical and interactive, each workshop is delivered by outstanding presenters, and offers opportunities to network with colleagues and peers.
Convenient and Cost-Effective
The CONNECT series of professional development seminars challenges BC’s family-serving professionals to be their best in the important work of supporting and strengthening families. Expand your knowledge with presentations of new research from BC and across Canada; sharpen your professional skills with workshops by recognized experts; network and share ideas with peers and colleagues.
Offered in a convenient half-day format at SFU Harbour Centre in downtown Vancouver, each session provides practical and interactive content delivered by outstanding presenters, a full nutritious breakfast, and opportunities to meet and network with other family-serving professionals.
Join us to stay current and informed on the latest ideas, research, issues and challenges.
