We are now registering parents and guardians of students in grades 5 and 6 for participation in the six-week parenting support group, My Tween & Me. This program is intended to strengthen the confidence and ability of parents to positively influence the lives of their school-aged children in order to prevent their early use of drugs and alcohol, and other high risk behaviors.

PARENT SUPPORT GROUP PROGRAM
• Designed for parents of tweenagers (children ages 7—12 yrs).
• LEARN new information about understanding their tweens.
• GOAL is to strengthen the confidence and ability to help prevent the use of drugs and alcohol, and other high risk behaviours their children could get exposed to.
Attention, parents of tweens! Come join us for 6 weeks of learning and support in the My Tween and Me program. You are qualified to participate as long you have kids in elementary schools.
Build lasting connections with your tween that will help them make safe, healthy choices now and during their teen years.
Dates: Six Thursday Evenings: February 10 – March 17, 2011
