is a McGill Alumni, a college professor at Lasalle College International, certified life coach, workshop leader, published writer and poet. Through her company LifeCoached, Manon offers private, group and online workshops and coaches clients to parent better, reach goals, overcome hurdles and enjoy life! Manon’s recent workshops have been held at McGill University. Her articles and columns have appeared in The Daily Observer and Sun Peak Independent News, her poems have appeared in Waking Dawn and The Warbler’s Song, both anthologies of Canadian poetry.
