Description
is a Master Trainer for Nobody’s Perfect Parenting and is the NPP Provincial Coordinator in Manitoba and chair of the NPP standards committee. Carmen is also a contract program developer and adult learning facilitator with a background in Early Childhood and Adult and Continuing Education. She believes that respecting values and using participant-centred approaches to facilitation is key when working with all cultures. Carmen has delivered parent sessions and facilitator trainings/workshops for a variety of organizations and conferences all across Canada for many years, and continues to be inspired by her learners every day!
