Mary Stanwood of Ridge Meadows Counselling provides counselling for children, youth, parents, and families. I use a client-centered approach which means we work on the goals and issues that you, the client, bring forth. Modalities used include Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness and CBT.
