The Mindful Maple strives to provide a safe and supportive space for children ages 5 to 12 years ofage who are experiencing difficulties associated with anxiety-related disorders and general anxious thoughts and feelings in their daily lives. In addition to providing children with the tools necessary to enable them to effectively cope with the daily demands of living with worry and/or fear, The Mindful Mindful continually strives to meet and exceed clients' expectations of respect and confidentiality. It is my belief that an effective therapeutic outcome is best achieved through a client-counsellor relationship that is built on empathy, respect, trust, and genuineness. To provide a welcoming and secure environment that responds to the needs of each client, The Mindful Maple vows to respect and honour individuality, multiculturalism, and diversity.
